Participation rules

To participate in the exhibition, you have to fill out and submit the application form.

Once the application period has closed, the organisers will review all applications received and compile the final list of exhibition participants.

Applicants who have been selected to participate will receive an invoice for the registration fee.

The registration fee must be paid no later than 30 November. The registration fee is non-refundable.

In January, each participant will receive a final invoice once their exhibition space has been approved.

The final invoice will be calculated based on the exhibition space selected by the participant and approved by the organisers, including the size of the exhibition table or allocated exhibition area, as well as any other agreed terms of participation.

The registration fee paid in advance will be credited towards the total participation fee and deducted from the final amount payable.

The final amount will be determined after the exhibition space has been approved and will be stated in the relevant invoice.

Accordingly, the initial invoice will cover only the registration fee, while the final invoice will provide a complete calculation of the participation fee, taking into account the approved exhibition space, the table size and the registration fee already paid.

Registration of participants 26/03/2027 starting at 08:00

Deadline for installation of exhibits 26/03/2027 starting at 08:00 to 11:30

Deadline for deinstallation – 28/03/2027 starting at 17:00 to 21:00

Only original dolls created by the artist to a high professional standard and using high-quality materials will be accepted for exhibition.

Preference will be given to works based on the artist’s original designs, regardless of the technique used.

Works created during workshops may be exhibited only if the workshop instructor is clearly identified.

Works created during workshops or based on workshop examples are not eligible for participation in the competition programme.

Participants must provide accurate information about the authorship and method of creation of each exhibit.

Participants are responsible for complying with copyright requirements and for the accuracy of the information provided.

Participants may distribute advertising materials only with prior agreement with the organizers and within the limits of their stand, unless otherwise provided.

• Participants should be ready to discuss their works, answer visitors' questions.
• Please observe communication ethics and professionalism at the exhibition.
• It is prohibited to disturb neighboring participants or violate safety rules.
• It is prohibited to violate public order, safety rules and ethical standards.
• Any interaction with visitors must be respectful and professional.
• At the stand, a participant may present only their own works.

During the exhibition, participants are fully responsible for the safety of their works.

• For violation of the participation rules, a monetary fine, cancellation of participation without refund, or other sanctions provided for in the contract may be applied.
• At the stand, each participant may present only their own works. In case of non-compliance with this requirement, the organizers reserve the right to charge an additional registration fee of €110.
